TERMS & REFUND POLICY
Before purchasing any product from Titans Productions, you agree that you have read and understood our terms and conditions. Requests failing to meet these guidelines will be rejected.
EXPECTATIONS & DESCRIPTIONS
If a product is not working as expected, you must describe the exact technical issue. Requests based on expectations that contradict or go beyond the official script description will be rejected. We do not accept refunds if you expected a feature that is absent when the description clearly outlines functionality.
FRAMEWORK & VERSIONS
If a product does not function due to your specific server framework or version, we are not responsible and cannot accept refunds. All supported frameworks and compatible versions are explicitly listed on each product page prior to purchase.
PAID DEPENDENCIES
Refunds will not be issued if a script requires additional paid dependencies that you were unaware of. All required dependencies are tagged and clearly specified within the product description.
5-DAY TIME LIMIT
Refund requests submitted after 5 days from purchase will be automatically rejected. Due to the digital nature of escrowed/code resources, products cannot be returned after being accessed or used.
FEATURE INQUIRIES & AGREEMENT
We do not issue refunds if a script lacks an unlisted feature you assumed it had. You are encouraged to open a Discord ticket or inquire beforehand. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge full acceptance of these terms.
